Welcome to our holiday villa rental section of the website where we have the opportunity to advertise a small selective portfolio of great holiday villas, which will suit most peoples idyllic holiday home. All properties offer excellent value for money in the sought after Cyprus resorts of western Paphos (Coral Bay, Peyia & Sea Caves).

Within the description of each villa we have included weekly rental prices for the time of year and there is a calendar for each villa showing it's current availability. If you find that the weeks you want in your choice of villa are booked, do not worry, we work closely with associated holiday companies in Paphos that we can approach on your behalf to find you a selection of other villas of a similar type in the same area.
We can also provide other value added services including car hire, pick up from airport and drop off to the villa.

- Peruse our villas listed on the right of this page.
- Check availability using the calendar of the villa you are interested in and contact us to make an booking enquiry.
- If your selected villa is available we will hold these provisional dates for 48 hours while you look for flights.
- Once you've confirmed your flights and dates we just need a 25% deposit to confirm the booking (payment can be by cheque or direct transfer into our UK bank account).
- The final balance is due in full 8 weeks before departure along with a damage deposit of £250.00 (with the exception of Panorama Villa).
- On receiving the final balance, we will email villa directions, contact details and general information.
- On the lead up to your holiday we will gladly answer any questions or give you information to ensure you have the complete worry free holiday you deserve.
- On your first morning in the property (not too early!) we will come and meet you and give you additional villa, resort and local information. We are then on call for the rest of your holiday to provide you with the complete holiday service.
- Your damage deposit will be returned within a week of your return home, if no damages have occurred.
